Services Provided

Kiddo Clean Seats provides professional car seat cleaning and car seat safety education services. Services may include cleaning, inspection, installation review, and educational guidance related to child passenger safety.

All services are provided with a safety-first, educational approach informed by manufacturer guidance and industry best practices.

Educational Nature of Services

Car seat safety checks and guidance provided by Kiddo Clean Seats are educational and informational in nature.

While services are led by a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST), Kiddo Clean Seats does not:

  • Certify or guarantee crash performance

  • Assume responsibility for the final installation or use of a car seat

  • Replace manufacturer instructions or vehicle owner guidance

Parents and caregivers remain responsible for the correct installation and ongoing use of their child’s car seat.

Cleaning Limitations

Car seats are safety devices and are treated as such at all times.

Kiddo Clean Seats:

  • Uses safety-aware, residue-free cleaning methods

  • Does not soak, pressure wash, or modify car seats

  • Avoids harsh or chemical cleaners

  • Does not guarantee complete stain removal

Cosmetic results may vary depending on seat condition, materials, and manufacturer limitations.

Appointment Scheduling & Access

By booking a service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and address information

  • Ensure safe access to the vehicle and car seat

  • Be present or available during the service if required

Services are typically performed at a customer’s home or agreed-upon location. Kiddo Clean Seats reserves the right to decline or reschedule a service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients are asked to provide reasonable notice if an appointment needs to be rescheduled or canceled. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Specific cancellation policies may be communicated at the time of booking.

Limitation of Liability

Kiddo Clean Seats is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Changes made to a car seat after service completion

  • Injury or damage resulting from improper use after service

Services are performed with care and intention, but ultimate responsibility for car seat use rests with the parent or caregiver.
